By booking a class or using the services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings and Payment
All classes must be booked through the official website. Participation in a class without prior booking is not
permitted.
The available classes, schedules, and locations are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to
time. The published schedules are indicative only and are valid solely for the period specified on the website.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. Unpaid bookings are not valid.
Payments are processed through the available payment provider on the website.
By registering for a class or using the services, the participant confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
as well as the Privacy Policy.
[Trade Name] reserves the right to modify, expand, limit, or cancel classes, schedules, locations, pricing,
instructors, or the maximum number of participants whenever reasonably necessary.
3. Cancellation Policy
Bookings for mat Pilates classes may be cancelled up to 23 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.
If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, the full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment
method.
Cancellations made less than 23 hours before the scheduled class start time, as well as no-shows or absences
without prior cancellation, are non-refundable.
Late cancellations prevent the released spot from being filled by another participant, resulting in a loss for the
organizer.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to be completed, although
in practice refunds are usually processed more quickly.
Cancellation rules are displayed on the booking platform and must be reviewed by the participant before
confirming a booking.
4. Bookings and Validity
Bookings are personal and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from [Trade Name].
Each booking is valid only for the specific class, date, and time selected during the reservation process.
Misuse of bookings or abuse of the booking system may result in the cancellation of future bookings without
entitlement to a refund.
5. Participation, Health, Safety and Liability
Participants are expected to arrive on time. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and late arrivals may be
refused access in order to avoid disruption of the class and for safety reasons. In such cases, no refund will be
granted.
Participants are responsible for wearing suitable sportswear and bringing their own mat and water bottle to class.
All participants must respect the house rules of the location where the classes are held, including but not limited to
rules regarding smoking, noise, safety, and respect towards other users of the premises.
Participation in all activities is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
The participant acknowledges that participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of
physical injury, and accepts responsibility for their participation in the activities.
By attending a class, the participant confirms that they are physically and medically fit to participate in mat Pilates
activities and accepts responsibility for their own health, physical condition, and safety during the activities.
Participants are strongly advised to consult a doctor before participating in case of doubt regarding their physical
condition, health, pregnancy, injuries, or any medical concerns.
Liability of [Trade Name] shall in all cases be limited to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
[Trade Name] shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the classes or
the premises.
6. Cancellation of Classes and Force Majeure
[Trade Name] reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes if reasonably necessary due to
unforeseen circumstances, instructor unavailability, safety concerns, insufficient participation, or other operational
reasons.
In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to illness, accidents, government measures, technical
issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, [Trade Name] shall not be held liable for the cancellation,
interruption, or modification of services.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data provided by participants is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
By using the services and booking classes, participants acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
Personal data may be processed through the booking platform, payment provider, and other service providers
necessary for the organization of the services.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain fully valid and enforceable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law.
