We move with tempo, but always with control, so you can really connect to your body and build strength the right way in a supportive OWNED environment.

You know the basics - now we level up. This class is more challenging, with a higher tempo, stronger flows, and more intensity. We focus on building strength, control, and mobility while moving your own body and keeping that fun, high-energy OWNED community vibe.
