Refund policy

Bookings for mat Pilates classes may be cancelled up to 23 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, the full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 23 hours before the scheduled class start time, as well as no-shows or absences without prior cancellation, are non-refundable.

Late cancellations prevent the released spot from being filled by another participant, resulting in a loss for the organizer.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to be completed, although in practice refunds are usually processed more quickly.
